24 Club uses the information you provide to run your membership. Contact weldon@weldonpc.com with privacy questions or account requests.

What we store

We store your name, email address, a hashed password, challenge completion records, and subscription identifiers, status, and paid-access dates. Password reset tokens are stored as hashes with a short expiry. Hosting logs may include your IP address and request details for security and troubleshooting.

Payments

PayPal processes payments and holds your payment method details. This site does not store card numbers. PayPal sends subscription and payment updates so we can manage access. PayPal’s own privacy notice applies to its services.

AI-assisted content

We use OpenAI to help create original activities and worksheets. The generation requests contain editorial instructions and previous activity content, not member names, emails, progress, payment details, or account records. AI-assisted releases are identified in the member library.

Cookies and email

Essential session and security cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. The application does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We use email to send requested password reset links and respond to support requests.

Retention and requests

Account and progress information is retained while your account is in use. Ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data. Some billing and security records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver these services.
